WCYS Annual Conference
The 1st WCYS Annual Conference, “Yemen Under the Scope,” was successfully launched by the Washington Center for Yemeni Studies on September 29th in Washington, DC. This collaborative event involved esteemed partners such as the Middle East Institute, the National Council on US-Arab Relations, the Gulf International Forum, and the US Council of Muslim Organizations. Through engaging conversations, the conference provided a platform for diverse voices in Yemeni affairs, bringing together political, economic, and civil society actors. With a focus on exploring different perspectives and seeking sustainable peace solutions, we delved into the impact of the Yemeni crisis on livelihoods.
